Every order ships free, to every country. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.
Printed close to you
Your print is made after you order it, at a production partner near your delivery address.
Delivery times
All prints are made to order. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.
As a general guide, orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days, although international deliveries may occasionally take a little longer.
Customs and duties
Because prints are made locally, most orders never cross a border.
If something arrives damaged
It shouldn’t happen, but occasionally a parcel has a rough journey. Email me at merel@interiorisla.com with a photo of the print and the packaging, and I’ll send a replacement free of charge.
If you change your mind
Every print is made to order, so I’d love it if you choose carefully — but you’re still entitled to change your mind. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let me know you’d like to return it, and another 14 days to send it back. Just email me at merel@interiorisla.com. Prints need to come back unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is at your own cost. Once your print is back with me, you’ll be refunded within 14 days.
