Refund and Returns Policy
Short version: every print is made to order, so I hope you choose carefully, but you are always allowed to change your mind. And if something arrives wrong, I will fix it.
If you change your mind
- You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let me know you would like to return it. Just email me at merel@interiorisla.com.
- After that, you have another 14 days to send the print back.
- Prints need to come back unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your own cost.
- Once your print is back with me, you will be refunded within 14 days.
If something arrives damaged or is not right
It should not happen, but occasionally a parcel has a rough journey or something is not quite right with your print. Email me at merel@interiorisla.com as soon as you can, with a photo of the print and the packaging. I will send you a replacement free of charge, and there is no need to send anything back.
